As a family practice, we see patients of all ages, starting from ages 2 years and up. 
We accept most insurances, kids care, and have discounted plans for those without insurance.  In addition, we have evening and weekend hours available.

Dr. Ankit Shah founded Diversey Family Dental in 2007 with the vision of creating a dental practice that treats every patient with first-rate care. His office staff are highly-trained and exceptionally friendly. We understand that for many, visiting a dentist can be a stressful experience. Our comfortable surroundings and compassionate dental professionals will ease your fears.

Dr. Ankit Shah

Dr. Shah earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology at Marquette University and then went on to University Illinois College of Dentistry, where he obtained his Doctor in Dental Surgery. Dr. Shah has taken many continuing education courses in cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, oral surgery, patient management, and is current on all dental advancements.

Dr. Shah is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, and Illinois State Dental.  

Dr. Shah and his wife, who is a nurse at RUSH, reside in Chicago. In their free time, they enjoy reading, working out, watching sports (go Bears!), and traveling.
